Description:
A ski chalet exactly as you imagine one to be. Brilliantly located on the sunny side of the valley and overlooking Rauris from 1200m above sea level. The mountain panorama on a clear frosty starlit winter night is absolutely priceless.
The kitchen diner is heart of the chalet, and both it and the living room have a traditional wood-burning kachelofen, which give the whole house a romantic winter glow which a modern heating system simply can't provide.
The well-used garden sauna-house is the icing on the cake.
Only accessible by road since the late 1990s(!) this really is a house for people who are happiest in the company of good friends and family.
7 km from the lift at Rauris, this fabulous chalet has everything you might need for a memorable winter holiday.
