Description:
Good quality appartment occupying the whole first floor of this beautifully located house. From the very large roofed patio you have tremendous views out over the orchard to the Rosental valley and the Karawanken mountains. The living/dining room with open plan kitchen is unusually large (ca. 35m2) and is fully equipped with dishwasher, radio and sat TV. Located 100m from a working farm, you can buy all local produce - milk, cider, meat, eggs, jam, bread etc direct from the 'Buschenschank'. The kids will love to see the animals too! Only 20 minutes to lake Wörthersee and Klagenfurt if the buzzing of the bees in the apple trees becomes too relaxing!
