Description:
The fabulous detached villa "Fleghi" (200 m) is situated near the village of Motovun at approximately 20 km from the sea.
The villa is built on a condemned ruin whose stones were used to build the new house. This certainly gives it an authentic style and unusual modern architectural aspects. The old hand carved natural stone is combined with glas and steel stairs, which brings a fabulous light atmosphere.
One inside wall is completely built from natural stone and the rest is modern.
There is a large terrace in front of the house from where you have a fantastic view on the valley. There is also a swimming pool in the terrace and there is a roof which allows you to sit in the shade if you want to.
This house also benefits from 3 bathrooms and a media room.
Tips from the owner:
In the direct surroundings of the house truffles are found in abundance. In the restaurants these are being served in all kinds of dishes. Also finding good wines is absolutely no problem. For the culinary enthusiast a real treat for a reasonable price.
