Rakalj lies in western coast of Rasa bay with beautiful landscapes in its surroundings, rich flora and fauna, as well as excellent hunting grounds. Small, old, idyllic, quiet resort, in the eastern part of the region 1 km from the sea, in a secluded position, 30 km north-east from Pula, 24 km south-west from Labin, 47 km east from PoreÄ. In the resort: supermarket, restaurant. Indoor pool, fitness centre, sauna at 8 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainments 8 - 23 km. Access: motorway A6 Zagreb - Rijeka. Then road 66 Rijeka - Opatija-Labin - Barban-Prodol. Bus service. Harbour Rijeka 80 km, harbour Pula 23 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Pula (PUY) 21 km, Rijeka (RJK) 100 km.
