Description:
3 New England Cottage is tastefully furnished and offers good sized accommodation on the outskirts of Sedgeford village. Formerly a railway worker's cottage, it is in a peaceful and rural location and yet only a short drive to the beaches of North and West Norfolk. Within walking distance of the property is a small sports club offering a gym, tennis and squash facilities which can be enjoyed on a book-and-pay-basis. Surrounded by quiet roads and countryside it is in an ideal spot for walking and cycling. With the nature reserve of Titchwell only a few miles away it offers excellent bird watching opportunities.
Notes: Although no pets are allowed the owners pet occasionally visits.
