Description:
This group house is in the village of Kalterherberg. It is a 10 minute drive from the picturesque town of Monschau. Lake Butgenbach is equally close. The lake is scenic and is used for recreation. The house has been completely renovated and is tastefully furnished in a modern style. The holiday home consists of 3 apartments. This 125 m2 apartment is on the first floor. There is a large lawn of around 6,500 m2 at the back of the house. The grounds are adjacent to many walking and mountain bike routes. Kalterherberg is near the Belgian border. It is in the heart of Hoge Venen National Park which is part of the Eifel region. The cities of Malmedy and Aachen are well worth a visit. This way you can enjoy a taste of Germany and Belgium.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
