Attractive and distinctive country villa in the Euganei hills, close to Padua.
The three floor villa, with lift, overlooks an 8 hectare estate planted with vines and olive groves, affording wonderful views over the plain and the hills.
2 sun-drenched and spacious apartments are to be found on the first and second floors, one of which is resided in by the owners. The apartments are decorated in a simple yet functional way. The ground floor features various communal facilities including a laundry, a large kitchen for making lunch with other guests, a living room and a dining room.
This is the perfect place for a relaxing break in the charming Padua hills (filled with picturesque villages and great restaurants) but also as a base for visiting the interesting surrounding area:
Padua (a historical university town rich in culture, with works by Giotto) just 21 km away, Vicenza (architecture and the Palladio villas) 30 km away, Venice(cultural, political and moral capital of the Veneto region, as well as a spectacular place to visit) 62 km away (easily reached by train), Sottomarina, Jesolo (sea and beach) 65 and 95 km away respectively, Verona (Arena, Romeo and Juliette) 89 km away and Lake Garda (beaches, surfing and amusement parks) 108 km away. The convenient (Milan-Venice) A4 motorway is located 18 km away.
