Detached villa with a swimming pool, peaceful situated along the canal of the marina of Empuriabrava in the bay of Rosas. The villa has a veranda, parking and a garden with swimming pool. The beach is á 1200m. and shopping centre is within 950m. In the shopping centre you will find diverse shops, banks, doctor and restaurants. The surrounding is excellent to take part in diverse sporting outdoor activities and cultural trips to eg. Rosas, Figueres and Gerona.
